Every refurbished second-hand La Marzocco machine we sell comes with our comprehensive 12-month warranty. This warranty reflects our confidence in the quality of our refurbishment process and commitment to your satisfaction with your pre-owned machine.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers all components that we inspect and refurbish:

  • Mechanical components: Pumps, motors, valves, solenoids, and switches
  • Boiler systems: Heating elements, thermostats, pressure stats, and safety valves
  • Electronic controls: Control boards, displays, sensors, and wiring
  • Group heads: Brew groups, cam levers, and portafilter components
  • Steam systems: Steam wands, valves, and related components
  • Water systems: Flow meters, expansion valves, and fittings
  • Labor costs: Full coverage for authorized repair services

What’s Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Pre-existing cosmetic wear disclosed at time of sale
  • Damage from improper use, installation, or water quality issues
  • Normal wear items (gaskets, screens, shower plates, group seals)
  • Scale buildup from inadequate water filtration
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage from power surges, voltage issues, or improper electrical
  • Consumables (water filters, cleaning supplies, lubricants)
  • Issues arising from use in non-standard conditions

Extended Warranty for Pre-Owned Machines

Extend your peace of mind with our additional warranty options:

  • 24-Month Extended: $599 – Full coverage for an additional year
  • 36-Month Premium: $999 – Extended coverage plus annual maintenance visit
  • Commercial Protection: Custom pricing for café and restaurant use

Extended warranties must be purchased within 30 days of your machine delivery.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Maintaining Your Warranty

To keep your second-hand machine warranty valid:

  • Use properly filtered water (TDS 50-150 ppm recommended)
  • Perform daily backflushing and regular cleaning per our guidelines
  • Schedule annual professional service (we can help arrange this)
  • Use only genuine La Marzocco replacement parts
  • Do not attempt unauthorized repairs—contact us first
  • Keep the machine in appropriate environmental conditions
