All second-hand La Marzocco machines are shipped via professional freight carrier with white glove delivery service available. Each machine is carefully crated using custom packaging and fully insured for its complete value during transit from our facility to your location.

Import & Handling

Our machines are imported directly from Europe and undergo thorough inspection and refurbishment at our US facility before shipping to you. This ensures each pre-owned machine meets our quality standards and is ready for immediate use upon arrival.

Shipping Timeline

  • In-stock machines: Ships within 3-5 business days after payment
  • Domestic shipping (Continental US): 5-10 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 10-15 business days (additional fees apply)
  • International shipping: 2-4 weeks depending on destination
  • Custom orders from Europe: 4-6 weeks (includes import and refurbishment)

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all machines over $5,000 (Continental US)
  • Orders under $5,000: Calculated based on location and machine weight
  • Liftgate service: Additional $75 (required if no loading dock)
  • Inside delivery: Additional $150
  • White glove setup: Additional $250 (includes placement and basic setup)

Tracking Your Order

Once your refurbished machine ships, you will receive an email with complete tracking information. You can track your shipment at any time by contacting us with your order number. We recommend scheduling someone to be present for delivery, as signature is required.

Delivery Instructions

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing. If you notice any damage to the crating, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Take photos of any damage for documentation and insurance purposes.

International Shipping

We ship our refurbished La Marzocco machines worldwide. International orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote to your country.
