While all our pre-owned machines are thoroughly inspected and refurbished before sale, we understand that sometimes a machine may not meet your expectations. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence when purchasing.
Inspection Period
We provide a 14-day inspection period from the date of delivery for you to verify the machine matches our description and meets your expectations. During this period, you may test the machine but should not make any modifications or repairs.
Return Conditions
- Machine must be in the same condition as received
- No unauthorized repairs or modifications performed
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Original packaging must be used for return shipping
- Return authorization number must be obtained before shipping
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Return Costs for Second-Hand Machines
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cover inspection and re-refurbishment
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after re-inspection

- Pack the machine securely in original crating/packaging
- Ship to our designated facility using insured freight
- Receive refund after successful re-inspection
Non-Returnable Situations
- Machines with unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper use, installation, or water quality issues
- Returns initiated after the 7-day inspection period
- Spare parts, accessories, or consumables
- Special order machines imported specifically for your request
- Items returned without prior authorization
Not As Described
If your second-hand machine significantly differs from our description or disclosed condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include full refund with free return shipping at our expense.
Shipping Damage
If your machine arrives with shipping damage, document the damage with photos before signing for delivery if possible. Contact us within 24 hours. Shipping damage claims are handled through our insurance at no cost to you.
