Compared to the BM50, the BM50X has a larger capacity water tank (8L instead of 2L), making it more convenient for high-volume spaces.

If you are looking for a mains fed variant, we recommend the standard BM50. This is because it comes with the 2L water tank which saves weight and desk space. A water tank is still necessary for descaling, but is redundant for the functioning of the machine when plumbed in.
